Mel da Ilha has the DOP seal – Protected Designation of Origin – in order to ensure the sustainability of the Autonomous Region of the Azores.<\/p>\n

Incense honey is obtained from the incense flower and has a light yellow, almost colorless color, has a smooth, fluid texture and has a lighter, fresher taste.
