HONEY AND CINNAMON CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 g  of honey
  • 250g of flour
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 100 g margarine
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • Cinnamon powder q.s.
  • Margarine to grease
  • Flour to sprinkle

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grease a pan with margarine and sprinkle with flour. Turn the oven on 180º degrees.
  2. In a bowl, add the honey, sugar and margarine and beat very well. Then add the eggs, one by one, beating constantly.
  3. In a separate bowl, add the baking powder with the flour and the cinnamon, mix everything and add to the previous preparation.
  4. Place the batter in the mold and place in a preheated oven at 180ºC, about 30 minutes. Check with a toothpick if it is cooked. Remove from heat, unmold, let cool and serve decorated to taste.
